To Pursue a Career as an Electrician you may have a greater advantage by first having an education in Electrical Technology.  Where you can learn all the insights to our industry.  Receiving a certificate of compleation will assure an employer that you posess the skills needed for the day to day operations.  The bonus to this path will also provide the knowledge needed to pass the Journeyman Block Exam (this is no easy task; 90% fail on the first try).
